How to Request a Call Recording

Last updated: June 10, 2026

If you need to retrieve a call recording associated with a trip or booking, you can either find it yourself through the portal or contact our support team to have it pulled for you.

Finding a Recording Yourself

You can search for and access call recordings directly through the Call Recordings section of the portal. If you are having trouble locating a specific recording, our support team is happy to assist.

Requesting a Recording from Support

To help us locate the correct recording as quickly as possible, please provide as much of the following information as you can when submitting your request:

  • Trip or booking number

  • Caller's phone number

  • Date and approximate time of the call

  • Any other relevant details (e.g., pickup address, caller name)

The more details you provide, the faster we can locate the correct recording. If a booking number is not available, a phone number combined with a date and time is usually sufficient.

Recordings Older Than 30 Days

Recordings older than 60 days are moved to cold storage. Retrieving them may take additional time (up to approximately 12 hours). Please be aware of this when making time-sensitive requests.

If a Recording Cannot Be Found

In some cases, a recording may not be available. This can happen if:

  • The call was not placed through our IVR system.

  • The phone number or booking details provided do not match any records in our system.

If we are unable to locate a recording based on the information provided, we may ask for additional details such as the caller's phone number, pickup address, or booking number to help narrow the search.
